Title: Director and Head Coach of Women’s Basketball
Coach Mike Dooley brings 12 years of basketball experience to the SPIRE Women’s Program. Previously, he helped the SPIRE MBB program over the course of two seasons. In two years, as an Assistant and as a Head Coach, he helped the MBB program go 61-16 helping them reach the National Prep Championships twice, and winning the Ohio Prep Conference Coach of the Year in 2022-2023. Mike has coached at various levels including NCAA D3, NJCAA and the High School levels. Mike brings a strong focus on skill development working with players from the NBA, Professional Overseas, NCAA D1, 2, 3 and High School levels.
Mike has a passion for seeing players reach their maximum potential through a Skill Development and Strength and Conditioning/Performance. He was on the Skill Development team for the Reading High School Pennsylvania State Championship team in 2017-18.

- Masters Degree in Sports Administration from Arkansas State University.
- Bachelors of Business Administration and Marketing from Temple University
- Performance Enhancement Specialist Strength and Conditioning Certification from NASM.
