Tricia comes to SPIRE with a diverse background in sales, coaching, and most recently, higher education. She has a strong focus on program development, process improvements, and building collaborative teams within organizations. Through her involvement in student affairs, Tricia developed a passion for ensuring students build a strong connection with each other, and to their academic institution. Her background in coaching athletes has served to enhance her determination of helping student athletes reach their full potential. She believes in a holistic approach to developing young adults, with an emphasis on mentorship and a growth mindset.
