SPIRE Academy is a NEASC-accredited boarding and day school in Geneva, Ohio. Here, academic learning, athletic training and personal growth are coordinated parts of the student experience.

Coming soon: Two New Majors
Beginning in 2027–28, SPIRE Academy plans to offer Sports Marketing & Management and Entrepreneurship, two sequenced four-year majors open to high school athletes and non-athletes.
Sports Marketing & Management will cover social media strategy, event operations, sponsorship, communications and applied financial literacy.
Entrepreneurship will focus on market research, budgeting, branding and developing and pitching a business venture.
Both majors will combine classroom learning with projects across SPIRE’s campus and mentored practicum experiences with outside businesses. Students will build their skills each year, culminating in a final capstone project for their college-application portfolio, while completing the full college-prep curriculum.
Commonly Asked Questions
SPIRE Academy provides in-person, inquiry- and mastery-based learning. Students focus on group projects, presentations and other ways to demonstrate mastery of the curriculum. Teachers guide learning through engaging, hands-on activities, creative and critical thinking, and classroom dialogue.
