A Post Graduate
year.
SPIRE's PG year is a purpose-built bridge year, not just a fifth year of high school. It exists to convert talent into a roster spot, a scholarship, or a professional opportunity.

Raising the
academic bar.
SPIRE Academy has always been built for serious athletes, and we've built a matching academic core with a full graduation-aligned curriculum including English, Math through Calculus, Science through AP Biology and Chemistry, Social Studies, and World Languages.
These classes are taught face-to-face on SPIRE's campus by SPIRE faculty, alongside a new Computer Science credit. This is the direct answer to families and agents who want to know that SPIRE is not just a training facility with a school attached to it.
A CAREER-LAUNCH YEAR.
Every PG student is held to a formal Year-One academic participation standard. This involves full-year academic engagement through either an approved outside/online education pathway or SPIRE-hosted classes, with mandatory attendance tracked as part of PG standing. International and foreign PG students remain enrolled in an approved academic pathway for the entire program year regardless of season.
Alongside academics, every PG student completes one structured experiential pathway, consisting of a professional, staff-supervised track built to teach responsibility, communication, and career readiness before college.

Morning Training
The day begins in the weight room or with sport-specific training before classes.
MATTERSTeams rotate through the early slot so training never competes with class time.

Career Pathways With Practical Experience
Build experience for college and your future career alongside your athletic development. Every SPIRE postgraduate student completes a structured, staff-supervised experiential pathway designed to develop responsibility, communication and career readiness.
Your pathway is part of a full year of academic engagement through SPIRE-hosted classes or an approved outside or online education pathway. Attendance is required and tracked as part of postgraduate standing. International students remain enrolled in an approved academic pathway throughout the program year, including outside their competitive season.

Inside a NASCAR Race Weekend
SPIRE students went behind the scenes with Kaulig Racing through the Motorsports Hall of Fame of America’s SPARK program. They shadowed NASCAR’s technical inspection process, toured the garage and team hauler, and learned how engineers prepare cars and make decisions during a race.
Students also met driver AJ Allmendinger and watched NASCAR Cup Series practice, qualifying and the race.
Financial Education for Life Beyond Sport
Through SPIRE’s partnership with Morgan Stanley Global Sports & Entertainment, students, parents and alumni build financial knowledge through educational sessions, student investment club programming and learning resources.
