SPIRE PREMIER LEAGUE SOCCER

SPIRE is the premier location for elite soccer players, competitive teams, weekend warriors and recreational soccer players. Soccer competition includes Premiere Club 11v11 Soccer Leagues, Adult and Youth Soccer League, as well as Soccer Play Dates where your club can enjoy competitors drawn from all over Ohio, New York, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Indiana, Toronto and beyond.

As the premier location for elite soccer players, competitive teams, weekend warriors and recreational soccer players, SPIRE Institute is a place for all athletes to play and train with an expert coaching staff offering Camp experiences and custom training.

  • Premier League

    • League Format:
      • Nine-game season played November through March
      • Three games per day for a total of three game sets (or “visits”)
      • Games are 1 x 45-min in length (no half-time)
    • League Highlights:
      • 11v11 play on two full-size indoor fields (no boards)
      • USSF outdoor rules apply
    • Dates of Play:
      • 1-2 game sets played in November-December
      • 1-2 game sets played in January-March
      • Dates of play are on Saturdays or Sundays
    • Cost:
      • $1,355.00 for teams registering by October 12, 2020
      • $1,555.00 for teams registering after October 12, 2020
    • 2-Year League Commitment:
      • Teams accepted will be secured a spot in the 2020-2021 season. Teams that do not submit a deposit for the 2020-2021 season by October 12, 2020, will forfeit their guaranteed spot for next season.

        • U13 – 11v11 – Officials Fee per game: $25/team (2 officials)

        • U15 – 11v11 – Officials Fee per game: $40/team (3 officials)
        • U16 – 11v11 – Officials Fee per game: $40/team (3 officials)
        • U17, U18/19 – 11v11 – Officials Fee per game: $40/team (3 officials)
    • Girls Divisions
        • U13 – 11v11 – Officials Fee per game: $25/team (2 officials)
        • U14 – 11v11 – Officials Fee per game: $25/team (2 officials)
        • U15 – 11v11 – Officials Fee per game: $40/team (3 officials)
        • U16 – 11v11 – Officials Fee per game: $40/team (3 officials)
        • U17, U18/19 – 11v11 – Officials Fee per game: $40/team (3 officials)
    • Division Rules and Policies:
      • Each team is responsible for paying the official(s) in cash prior to the start of each game
      • Divisions may be combined if necessary
      • Age groups follow the US Youth Soccer calendar year
    • Division Restrictions:
      • Due to the increased interest in the league year after year, there will be restrictions to ensure the proper balance of each division. Our goal is to provide appropriate level of competition with a balance of out-of-state opponents for all divisions.
      • Teams From One Club: Upon review of applications, we will determine if two (2) teams from the same club will be accepted. This will only be considered in divisions that are not at capacity.
      • Playing Up A Division: Due to accepting 16-20 teams and the continued variety of teams joining the league, we can provide appropriate level of competition within every division. Unless specifically granted, no teams will be permitted to play up a division. Please complete the Team History section of the Online Registration in order to be considered for playing up a division.
      • Dates of Play and Level Of Commitment: All teams will be required to fit into the announced Dates of Play and League Format. If your team has other league/tournament commitments that restrict your ability to participate in the announced dates and format, the team may not be accepted.

      • The League Fee is $1,355 per team if registering by October 12, 2020.
      • You must register every team declaring for the league. Club directors can register multiple teams or team managers can register individual teams. Submitting this registration does not guarantee your participation in the league. Accepted teams will be announced after review of all applications. All teams must submit a deposit of $355 per team. No teams will be considered for acceptance unless the registration and deposit are received. No verbal acceptances will be made.
    • Late Registration
      • The League Fee is $1,555 per team if registering after the deadline of October 12, 2020.
      • The deposit is $555 per team after October 13, 2020.
    • Accepted Teams
      • Upon review of applications and receipt of deposits, accepted teams will be announced. It is anticipated we will accept 16-20 teams in each division.

    • COVID -19 Refund Disclaimer:
      • SPIRE Institute has implemented the following refund policy to address any uncertainty in relation to deposits and fees related to the 2020-2021 Premier Indoor Soccer League season:
      • In the event that the 2020-21 season is unable to take place or suspended at any time due to any government mandated measures to address the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), SPIRE Institute will refund any League fees proportional to that part of the season that does not take place.
    • Game Sets Exception Form
      • League play has been divided into 3 game sets to accommodate each team’s schedule. All teams are required to play on one date in each Game Set. Each team you are responsible for should select dates they would be unavailable to play.       • Age-appropriate small-sided indoor fields (no boards)

      • Teams Participating In All/Most Dates: It is not guaranteed that teams will be able to participate in all requested dates. Typically teams will be accepted for two (2) Play Dates.

      • The Play Date Fee is $295 per team.
      • A separate registration is required for every team declaring for the play dates. Submitting this registration does not guarantee your participation. Accepted teams will be announced after review of all applications. All teams must submit a deposit of $295 per team (equal to one play date). No teams will be considered for acceptance unless it is received. No verbal acceptances will be made.
    • Accepted Teams
      • Upon review of applications, accepted teams will start to be announced around November 1. For play dates that are not full at this time, we will be able to accept additional teams on a rolling basis.
    • Team Roster
      • A complete Team Roster form is due one week prior to your first game set. Please mail, fax, or email your Team Roster Form to us one week prior to your first game sets.

      • Final payment is due one week prior to each Play Date accepted into.
