A prime international and experienced expert. Paul has served in many high-profile positions in Women’s Soccer. Assistant National Coach for the England’s Women’s National Team, lead the New Zealand Women’s National Team, lead Brunei Women National Team, Lead Asia Women’s age groups and National Team’s, lead USA, New Zealand, Australian female club age group teams, in major European, Oceania, Asian, FIFA, World Tournaments and club competitions. Won trophies, qualified teams and achieved historical accolades.
Paul’s experience extends to Technical Director for the New Zealand Football Federation, the Bangladesh Football Federation and the Maldives Football Association. An advisor for the Korean Football Federation, Premier League Clubs and Football Federation of Australia. He has also been Head of Youth at Portsmouth Football Club in the English Premier League and Senior Head Coach of the Brunei Senior Men’s National Team. Before Paul’s coaching journey, he had a successful 14 years playing career in the UK playing in excess of 300 games, an English youth international, as well as a successful Manager and Coach in Club Football. Paul has a unique coach education background that allows him to direct courses from grassroots to the professional game. Paul has delivered accredited courses, workshops and seminars for UEFA, AFC, OFC, CONCACAF and governing bodies of sport and education throughout the World in Oceania, Asia, Africa and Europe. Not only a developer of coaches but a developer of coaching instructors. Paul has a business and strategic mind. He is in a very small percentage of people across the globe that holds such high-level academic, professional qualifications, innate knowledge and experiences in many varying areas.
