Master your event with elite technical instruction from Olympic gold medalists. At SPIRE, we combine world-class coaching with advanced performance science to make athletes stronger, faster, and more resilient.
Athletes will immerse themselves in a professionally designed program modeled after collegiate and elite-level training, with each week carefully structured to balance workouts, recovery, strength development, and competition for steady progress while minimizing injury risk. The camp begins with evaluations and goal-setting to tailor training groups and mileage to each runner’s experience, followed by a dynamic schedule featuring workouts on grass, trails, and track, including threshold sessions, long runs, and safely managed double run days to build aerobic strength. Strength and conditioning, along with cross-training and recovery methods like pool work, yoga, and mobility, support overall durability, while pre-meet preparation, race strategy sessions, and live competitions provide real racing experience. Weekly recovery days and off-campus long runs encourage both rest and team bonding, and the second week emphasizes competition with organized evening meets in a high-energy environment. With personalized training progressions, expert coaching, top facilities, recovery resources, competition opportunities, and exclusive gear, this program is ideal for runners preparing for cross country or track season or looking to elevate their performance and confidence.
Not sure whether to choose day camp or overnight? Both provide elite training, but our overnight program adds evening activities and full meal plans for a complete experience.
