Track & Field: Clubs and Open Training
This club is for the Middle/High school student interested in getting more detailed instruction. In the sport of Track and Field. The athlete will learn specific warm-ups, detailed training in their event, weight training workout at the end of the session, and a specific cool down.
The training is designed for the athlete to be prepared to compete at their highest level during the indoor season, outdoor season, as well as during the summer season. The Spire Track Club athlete will not only learn how to get the most out of themselves in their sport, but will learn how to set goals, how to deal with failure, how to continue to motivate and inspire themselves, how to deal with getting nervous prior to competitions, as well as the importance of being persistent in all that they do!
