Registration Insurance (Optional – $50 per Camp Session)
Registration Insurance may be purchased at the time of registration for $50 per camp session.
- Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the camp start date are eligible for a full refund of all tuition paid, less the $50 cancellation protection fee.
- Cancellations made within 14 days of the camp start date will receive a full camp credit for all tuition paid.
Camp credits issued under Registration Insurance:
- Are valid for 18 months from the original camp start date
- Are transferable across sports and family members
-
Cancellations Without Registration Insurance
Cancellations made at any time without registration insurance will receive a full camp credit for all tuition paid.
Camp credits issued without cancellation protection:
- Are valid for 12 months from the original camp start date
- May be used for any sport
Are transferable to siblings or family members
-
Late Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the camp start date, or failure to attend without notice (no-show), are not eligible for a refund or camp credit, regardless of cancellation protection status.
At this point, staffing, housing, meals, and program costs have already been fully committed.
In rare cases involving documented medical emergencies or significant travel disruptions, we may convert a late cancellation or no-show into a camp credit at our discretion.
-
Camp Cancellation by the Organizer
In the unlikely event that we must cancel a camp prior to its start date, families will receive a full refund of all tuition paid.
We are not responsible for reimbursement of travel, lodging, or other expenses incurred outside of camp tuition.
If a camp is canceled after it has begun, refunds or credits may be issued on a pro-rated basis at our discretion, based on the portion of the camp not delivered.
-
Inclement Weather & Force Majeure
Camps operate rain or shine. Inclement weather, environmental conditions, or other events beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, power outages, air quality issues, public safety concerns, or government restrictions may require modifications to schedules, locations, or programming.
Once a camp is in session:
- No refunds or credits will be issued for shortened days, modified activities, or temporary disruptions.
- If circumstances require cancellation of remaining camp days, we reserve the right to issue pro-rated camp credit at our discretion.
-
Our Commitment
Our priority in all circumstances is the safety, supervision, and overall experience of our athletes. We appreciate your understanding and partnership as we work to deliver a high-quality camp experience while balancing fairness to families with the operational realities of running a live athletic program.
