Title: Director of Strategic Outreach

Allison brings a dynamic and diverse background in education, cultural resource stewardship, grant writing, and community engagement to her role as Director of Strategic Outreach. With experience spanning libraries, museums, nonprofits, and classroom teaching, she combines creativity and strategy to build meaningful partnerships and programs that enrich the lives of others.

Prior to joining the leadership team at SPIRE, Allison served as Director of Programs and Outreach, where she successfully launched over 40 new programs in collaboration with community partners. Her efforts secured funding through grants and fundraising campaigns, including over $6,000 to support youth initiatives and health-focused outreach projects in underserved communities.

At SPIRE, Allison draws on her deep knowledge of curriculum development, strategic planning, and public engagement to position the organization as a hub of innovation and community connection. She is passionate about access, equity, and the transformative power of education—and she believes SPIRE is a vital resource with the power to make a lasting impact on this community.
