Coach Sparrow, aka “The Doctor of Defense” is widely regarded as a Defensive Guru in the Basketball World. Over the last seven years, thousands of players overseas and domestic have been influenced through his unique style and applicable training methods. In addition: Professional, Collegiate, High School and Club teams have consulted with Coach Sparrow in regards to his team/individual defensive philosophies. In 2017, Coach Sparrow’s defensive program was involved with the most historic State Title Run in Pennsylvania history. Reading High School captured their first PIAA State championship in 118 years of the program’s storied tradition. In 2019, he was announced as the Head Coach of the RMIT Redbacks, a semi-professional team in Melbourne Australia. In December of 2020, Coach was named as the Post Grad Associate Head Coach for SPIRE in Geneva, Ohio.
