RYAN MILLER

Director of Admissions

Ryan Miller brings 20+ years of experience in admissions, athletics, and student development to SPIRE Academy. As Director of Admissions, he leads enrollment strategy, family engagement, and admissions for SPIRE’s global student body.

He previously served as Athletic Director at Lutheran High School West, overseeing 17 sports and driving growth and recruitment. His admissions background includes leadership roles at Culver Academies and Kimball Union Academy, where he managed enrollment, financial aid, and coach partnerships.

A former collegiate coach at UMass, Miller has also built nationally ranked prep hockey programs. He is passionate about helping student athletes find the right academic and athletic fit.

Miller holds a master’s in sport studies from Miami University and a bachelor’s in business and marketing from the University of Vermont, where he was assistant captain of the Division I hockey team.
