Coach Chassity Bradford brings three years of NCAA Division III coaching experience, shaped by her background as a former collegiate basketball student-athlete and driven by a strong commitment to student-athlete development, athletic administration, and program excellence. A graduate of Lakeland University with a degree in Sports Management, Coach Chas began her collegiate coaching career at King’s College (PA) as an assistant coach for the women’s basketball program. During her time there, Coach Chas helped guide student-athletes to MAC Freedom Second Team and Honorable Mention honors, while 17 players earned MAC All-Academic recognition.

Alongside her coaching responsibilities, Coach Chas served as a Sports Information Assistant, managing communications and game-day operations for nine varsity programs. She also supported youth development through her work with Pistons Academy in the Metro Detroit area. While at King’s College, she completed her master’s degree, further strengthening her leadership and administrative skills.

Coach Chas now brings her experience in coaching, communications, and student-athlete development to SPIRE Academy, where she is dedicated to fostering growth, accountability, and competitive success both on and off the court.
