NFL legend, Super Bowl champion and Driven Elite founder Donald Driver brought his championship mindset to SPIRE Academy this week for a special SPIRE Sessions event.

Joining Dr. Zac Bruback for a candid conversation, Driver spoke about the mental side of competition, the importance of confidence and the value of turning challenges into growth. He also touched on leadership, personal discipline and the rising popularity of flag football across the country. After the talk, Driver took to the turf with SPIRE athletes for a hands-on flag football clinic. He led drills, shared individual coaching tips and brought visible energy to every station. From route-running to body control, Driver helped athletes understand the details that separate good from great.

His visit also supports SPIRE’s expanding relationship with the Driven Elite brand and the launch of the academy’s flag football program, adding new options for athletes across Northeast Ohio.
