SPIRE Wrestling continues to make its mark on the national stage, with two student-athletes earning recognition in the latest FloWrestling rankings.

Jason Dube has been ranked the No. 1 wrestler in the country at 150 pounds. Layden Acevedo also earned a spot among the country’s best, coming in at No. 17 nationally in the 175-pound weight class.

Both wrestlers will soon return to national competition. Acevedo will compete at the Elite 8 Duals next weekend, September 12-13th, in Atlanta, Georgia, while Dube will take the mat at Who’s Number One (WNO) on September 25-26th in Stillwater, Oklahoma.
