SPIRE’s goalkeepers recently had the opportunity to learn from highly decorated European goalkeeping coach Gilles Fouache, who spent time on campus working directly with our student-athletes.

Fouache brings extensive international experience, having coached goalkeepers with the France Women’s National Team as well as the Saudi Arabia, Tunisia and Ivory Coast Men’s National Teams. During his visit, he shared his expertise with SPIRE’s goalkeepers and came away impressed by the talent and potential within the program.

Opportunities like this give SPIRE student-athletes valuable exposure to world-class coaching, perspectives and experiences as they continue developing their game.
