Doug is a twenty-one-year Veteran of the US. Army and Native to Tennessee.  His time serving around the world allowed him to hone his skills.  With a background in Human resources, Criminal justice and Emergency management. Doug has held main positions having served in operation Iraqi Freedom. He led a team of soldiers to stabilize and support the local economy. While providing training to develop local infrastructure. Additionally, he has served in an Operational capacity to support recruiting Efforts around the World for the Department of Defense. Recently Doug relocated to Geneva, OH where he has strong roots in the sports community.
