Jack aka Tidal, joined SPIRE in the Summer of 2023 with a goal of building and developing the VALORANT roster. From 2020 to 2022 Jack was instrumental in the building and development of several top 30 rosters within the North American VALORANT circuit. Through this time, Jack practiced and competed with the best teams in the world including names such as NRG, Cloud9, EG, FaZe, and many more. In 2023 Jack headed Premier Esports VALORANT, a high school development roster with the goal of sending students to college as a VALORANT esports athlete. He sent multiple students on to full rides at Division 1 schools around the nation.
